Try adding the sweet and tart taste of our Plum flavor (also called candy oils) to your baked goods, sauces, syrups, and even your homemade wine. This flavor is water-soluble and is not recommended for use in flavoring chocolate or chocolate coatings. This flavor is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings.
